Our Stay Guide is designed to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Below, you’ll find helpful information about hotel amenities, housekeeping services, and other important details. Whether you’re here for business or relaxation, this guide serves as your go-to resource for everything you need during your stay.
Housekeeping
Complimentary housekeeping is provided after every 7 nights. You can arrange additional service at the front desk for a fee.
$25 Room Refresh – fresh towels, trash removal, bed made, and basic supply restock.
$50 Full Service – full cleaning of the room, fresh linens, complete reset of the space, and restocked supplies.
Your room is stocked upon arrival with soap, shampoo, a sponge, liquid dish soap, and dish detergent to help you settle in comfortably. These items are not restocked during your stay, but additional supplies are available for purchase at the front desk.
Hideaway Bed Instructions
Some rooms include a hideaway bed for added space and flexibility. If your room includes one, you can view simple step-by-step instructions with photos here: ( link to photo guide or just add here? )
Please follow all guidance carefully and avoid forcing the bed when opening or closing.
Appliance Rentals
Available upon request and subject to availability. Daily fees apply.
We’re happy to help you feel at home during your stay. The following appliances are available for rent to make your time more convenient and comfortable: rice cooker, slow cooker, griddle pan, blender, and toaster. Please contact the front desk to request any items.
Trash & Recycling
Trash removal between housekeeping visits is self-service. Please do not leave trash in the hallways. Trash chutes are located at the end of each hallway on every floor. All trash must be bagged before disposal. Please do not place large items or metal in the chute.
Pet Area
A pet waste station is located at the back of the building for your convenience. Please clean up after your pet, as additional cleaning fees may apply if needed. Pets must be leashed and under your control at all times when outside your guest room.
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please be respectful of other guests.
Fitness Center
Open 24/7
Located on the 1st floor near the elevator.
Laundry
Open 24/7 and located on the 1st floor across from the front desk. Machines are card-operated for your convenience, and laundry supplies are available for purchase in the vending machines.
Vending Machines
Located on the 1st floor next to the front desk.
Ice Machine
Located on the 1st floor across from the public restroom. An ice bin can be found in your freezer.
Patio Area
7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, our patio is available for guest use with seating and tables provided. Lawn games are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be courteous of other guests and note that quiet hours apply after 10 PM.
Guest Grill
10:00 AM – 9:00 PM, a grill is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please clean up after use and do not leave the grill unattended at any time. Utensils are available for use at the front desk.
