HomeAwhile Hotel – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to HomeAwhile! We’re excited to have you stay with us. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for booking and staying at our hotel. By making a reservation or staying at HomeAwhile, you agree to abide by these Terms.

  1. Reservations & Check-In
  • Check-in Time: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card in the guest’s name are required at check-in.
  1. Payments & Cancellations
  • Payment: A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations.
  • Standard Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations made after that time may be subject to a charge equal to one night’s stay
  • No-shows: No-Shows will be charged as per the cancellation policy.
  • Special Events & Peak Dates: A different cancellation policy may apply during high-demand periods including, but not limited to local events, holidays, or festivals. These reservations may require a non-refundable deposit, full prepayment, or a longer cancellation notice period (e.g., 7 or 14 days). Any special terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking.
  1. Damage & Incidentals
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by them or anyone in their party.
  • A hold may be placed on your card for incidentals during your stay, which will be released after checkout, pending room inspection.
  1. Smoking & Pets
  • Smoking: HomeAwhile is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking in rooms or public areas will result in a cleaning fee of $250.
  • Pets: Pets are welcome in designated pet-friendly rooms with a $100 pet fee for stays between 1-29 nights. Additional fees will apply for stays longer than 30 nights.
  • Guests must notify HomeAwhile in advance by disclosing a pet during the booking process.
  • No More than 2 pets per room, and they are not allowed in the hotel fitness center or dining areas.
  • Each pet may not weigh more than 75 pounds.
  • Guest accepts full responsibility for pet(s) on property and is responsible for any injuries suffered by pet on premises as well as any damage including personal injury to hotel guest, third party, or property.
  • Outside of your room, pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier and should always be accompanied by their owner.
  • Please ensure proper cleaning and disposal of pet waste while on property.
  1. Service Animals – We welcome guest with disabilities and their service animals in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service animals must be under the control of the owner and not be left unattended in the room per ADA standards. Guest with service animals are not charged a pet fee.
  2. Conduct

We want all guests to enjoy a peaceful stay. Please respect fellow guests and hotel staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who disrupt the comfort or safety of others.

  1. Liability
  • HomeAwhile is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
  • Use of hotel amenities (e.g., fitness area, guest laundry, outdoor terrace etc.) is at your own risk.
  1. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never share your information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

  1. Website & Booking Engine

By booking through our website or third-party partners, you also agree to any additional terms presented at time of booking. Errors in rates or availability due to technical issues may be corrected without notice.

  1. Age Requirements

Must be 21 years or older to book a hotel room.

  1. Quiet Hours Policy

To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00pm to 7:00am daily. During this time, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum, including in hallways and common areas. Repeated disturbances may result in warnings or, in some cases, eviction without refund.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

  1. Modifications

HomeAwhile reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking or stay will apply.
